Soul's Crossover X Souls Tier List

Souls define your survivability, mana pool, and mobility in Soul’s Crossover X. Every player starts with the weak Human Soul and upgrades through boss-farmed shards at Sans Crafting in the lobby. This July 2026 tier list ranks all souls from S to D so you know exactly where to spend gold, gems, and farming time.

S Tier — Best souls in the game

Seven Souls

The undisputed top pick. Seven Souls grants +7777 HP, +7777 Mana, +7 Walk Speed, and +7 Jump Power — the highest flat totals in UTSRX. It combines the strengths of every individual soul without needing a passive to compete.

How to craft: Visit Sans Crafting with 50,000 Gold, 100 Gems, and two shards each of Seven, Patience, Integrity, Kindness, Perseverance, Justice, Bravery, and Determination soul shards. Every shard type drops from a different boss, so expect a long farm. The Seven Soul Shard itself drops from Omega Flowey in the Barrier at roughly 5% rate.

Determination Soul

Determination sits firmly in S-tier with +5000 HP, +5000 Mana, +7 Walk Speed, and +7 Jump Power. It lacks Bravery’s damage passive but offers massive pools that keep you alive in late boss fights.

Craft cost: 10,000 Gold and 2 Determination Soul Shards (drops from Chara at 10% or Undyne the Undying at 2%). Determination is also a required piece of the Erased Set alongside Real Knife and True Locket — one of the best set combos in the game.

Bravery Soul

Bravery provides +3500 HP/Mana and +7 Walk/Jump with a standout passive: after landing 8 hits on an enemy, gain +24% DMG. For aggressive melee players using Frisk Knife or Real Knife, this ramp wins fights faster than raw HP alone.

Craft cost: 15,000 Gold and 2 Bravery Soul Shards from Asgore in the Barrier (~20% drop). Bravery rewards players who maintain combo pressure — pair it with high-DPS weapons from the Weapons tier list.

A Tier — Strong alternatives

Justice Soul

Justice offers +2000 HP/Mana and +6 Walk/Jump. It is the cornerstone of the Justice Set with Empty Gun and Cowboy Hat from Muffet’s Shop — a excellent mid-game damage package. Craft for 10,000 Gold and 2 Justice Soul Shards (Mettaton / Mettaton EX in the Lab).

Perseverance Soul

Perseverance adds +1000 HP, +500 Mana, and +5 Walk/Jump — a solid step up from Integrity. Shards drop from Muffet in Hotland (~10%). Many players craft this before Justice while farming gold.

Tem Soul

Tem Soul is unique: buy it from the Tem Shop for 100 Gems at level 30 instead of crafting. Stats are +1000 HP/Mana, +7 Walk Speed, and +15 Jump Power — the best jump stat in the game. It completes the Tem Set for exploration and mobility builds. See the Event Build if you prioritize movement over raw combat stats.

Kindness Soul

Kindness trades raw numbers for survival. Stats: +500 HP/Mana, +4 Walk/Jump. Passive Guardian’s Grace heals 25 HP per kill and grants a one-hit immunity shield on a 15-second cooldown.

Kindness ranks A-tier because the shield trivializes learning boss patterns and keeps farming routes safe. Shards drop from the Dummy boss. New players transitioning off Human Soul often undervalue this passive — read the Beginner Build for when Kindness beats Integrity.

B Tier — Stepping stones

Integrity Soul

Integrity provides +250 HP, +150 Mana, and +3 mobility with the Unbound passive — your first meaningful upgrade from Patience. Craft with 1,000 Gold and 2 Integrity Soul Shards. It is a brief stop on the path toward Kindness and Perseverance, not an endgame pick.

C Tier — Early progression

Patience Soul

Patience is the first crafted soul most players make: +100 HP/Mana, +2 mobility, and the Calm Mind passive, cheap at 50 Gold and 2 Patience Soul Shards from early bosses. It replaces Human Soul immediately. Do not stop here — continue toward Integrity within your first session.

D Tier — Replace immediately

Human Soul

The starter soul every player receives. Human Soul offers negligible bonuses compared to even Patience. Your first goal after Getting Started should be farming two Patience shards and visiting Sans Crafting. Redeem Codes for gold to speed this up.

Natural soul progression path

Most accounts follow this route:

Human → Patience → Integrity → Kindness → Perseverance → Justice → Bravery → Determination → Seven Souls

Tem Soul branches sideways from the Tem Shop when you hit level 30 and want set bonuses or jump height. Event souls like Super Saiyan Soul from the DBZ Event sit outside this chain but compete at endgame — craft via How to Get Super Saiyan Soul and pair with event Armor from Son Koku drops. • Each shard type binds to one boss — plan multi-boss routes instead of repeating a single fight.
• Drop rates range from 2% (Undyne the Undying) to 20% (Asgore) — use patience or party up.
• Save 100 Gems for Seven Souls before spending on Tem Soul or reforges.
• Index completion rewards gems; track which shards you still need.

Souls vs sets vs weapons

A soul alone does not win fights. Erased Set multiplies Determination’s value. Frisk Knife scales Bravery’s passive faster. Always build holistically using the Builds hub rather than chasing S-tier souls in isolation.
