Most souls craft at Sans Crafting in the lobby with two shards of the matching type, Gold, and sometimes a level gate. A few exceptions — Tem Soul and Super Saiyan Soul — use shop or event NPCs instead.
Human Soul (starter)
Every account begins with the Human Soul. Stats: +10 HP, +10 Mana, +1 Walk Speed, +1 Jump Power. No passive, no craft cost. Replace with Patience as soon as you farm two shards — Human Soul is the weakest option in the game.
Patience Soul
Craft cost: 50 Gold + 2 Patience Soul Shards at Sans.
Stats: +100 HP, +100 Mana, +2 Walk Speed, +2 Jump Power.
Passive: Calm Mind — reduces cooldown pressure on early spells and helps learn boss patterns in the Ruins and Snowdin.
Shards: Drop from Toriel and other early bosses. Patience is the first soul every player should craft. See shard routes on Enemy Drops.
Integrity Soul
Craft cost: 1,000 Gold + 2 Integrity Soul Shards.
Stats: +250 HP, +150 Mana, +3 Walk Speed, +3 Jump Power.
Passive: Unbound — mobility-focused bonus that makes Snowdin traversal faster while you farm Kindness or Perseverance shards.
Shards: Drop primarily from Papyrus (~20% rate). Integrity is a brief stepping stone — do not stop here long.
Kindness Soul
Craft cost: 2,500 Gold + 2 Kindness Soul Shards.
Stats: +500 HP, +250 Mana, +4 Walk Speed, +4 Jump Power.
Passive: Guardian’s Grace — heals 25 HP per kill and grants a one-hit immunity shield on a 15-second cooldown. Excellent for safe farming and learning telegraphs.
Shards: Drop from Undyne and related Waterfall bosses. Kindness trades raw totals for survivability — many players keep it longer than Integrity despite lower numbers.
Perseverance Soul
Craft cost: 5,000 Gold + 2 Perseverance Soul Shards.
Stats: +1,000 HP, +500 Mana, +5 Walk Speed, +5 Jump Power.
Passive: None listed — raw stat jump for Hotland entry.
Shards: Drop from Muffet (~10%). Craft before Justice if you need HP for Mettaton fights.
Justice Soul
Craft cost: 10,000 Gold + 2 Justice Soul Shards.
Stats: +2,000 HP, +2,000 Mana, +6 Walk Speed, +6 Jump Power.

Bravery Soul
Craft cost: 25,000 Gold + 2 Bravery Soul Shards.
Stats: +3,500 HP, +3,500 Mana, +7 Walk Speed, +7 Jump Power.
Passive: After landing 8 hits on an enemy, gain +24% DMG. Best for aggressive melee using high-DPS weapons from the Weapons tier list.
Shards: Drop from Asgore and late Barrier bosses (~20% from Asgore).
Determination Soul
Craft cost: Level 200 + 10,000 Gold + 2 Determination Soul Shards.
Stats: +5,000 HP, +5,000 Mana, +7 Walk Speed, +7 Jump Power.
Passive: Erased Set piece — combine with Real Knife and True Locket for one of the best endgame set bonuses.
Shards: Drop from Chara (~10%) and Undyne the Undying (~2%). The level 200 gate blocks early crafters even with lucky shard drops.
Seven Souls
Craft cost: 2 of each standard shard type (Patience through Determination, plus Seven Soul Shards) + 100 Gems + 50,000 Gold at Sans.
Stats: +7,777 HP, +7,777 Mana, +7 Walk Speed, +7 Jump Power.
Passive: Combines the stat strengths of every individual soul — the best well-rounded option in UTSRX.

Tem Soul
Purchase: Tem Shop, 100 Gems, level 30 — no shards required.
Stats: +1,000 HP, +1,000 Mana, +7 Walk Speed, +15 Jump Power (highest jump stat in the game).
Passive: Tem Set piece — pairs with Tem Armor and Tem Katana for mobility exploration builds.
Tem Soul branches sideways from the main Sans chain. Buy when you hit level 30 if you prioritize map traversal over combat stats.
Super Saiyan Soul (event)
Craft location: Bulma at Kame House — not Sans.
Requirements: Level 200, 250 Release Tokens, 250,000 Gold, 100 Gems, and 2 Super Saiyan Soul Shards.
Passive: Awakening — temporary +50% damage and +100% HP regen for 35 seconds on activation.
